The inquiry form sends your name, email address, and message to inquiries@kimlogic.com so Samuel at Kimlogic Tech can respond. Sending an inquiry does not book a consultation or subscribe you to a mailing list.
The Kimlogic Interactive plugin does not save inquiry messages in the WordPress database. Messages are processed by the website hosting and email services and may remain in the receiving mailbox and provider logs or backups. Any separately installed mail logging or analytics plugin may introduce additional processing; this notice should be updated if those services are enabled.
For basic spam prevention, the plugin temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from the connection IP address and an attempt count. That limit expires after 15 minutes without another accepted attempt. Hosting logs are managed separately by the hosting provider.
The brief planner itself formats text within your browser page. It does not send the draft to an AI service or submit it automatically. To send information, enter it in the separate inquiry form and choose Send inquiry.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information. For questions about your information or a request to delete an inquiry, contact inquiries@kimlogic.com.
